Psychology and architecture
(what used to be called) The Dick Manifesto is indeed a psychological, cathartic investigation of architectural aberrance.

...it sounds like you're well on your way to designing a specific Siamese-twin museum: a museum of retroactive architecture cojoined with a museum of propassive architecture. If two buildings are not allowed, then design the operation that will split the two.

Olafur Eliasson   Your Colour Memory   Arcadia University Art Gallery, Glenside, Pennsylvania, 2004
The color of the curved wall changes randomly and continually, and what the naked eye sees in the space is not the same as what a digital camera records, ie, people in the space do not appear totally tinted when viewed by the naked eye. Moreover, the captured digital image is not exactly the same as the image when it appeared on the camera's monitor, ie, the resultant image file is much more tinted.

Thanking her for her letter about Walter Arensberg's death [29.1.1954], Marcel writes to Beatrice Wood: "I have difficulty getting used to the idea that he went so quickly, and your explanation of drugs is obviously correct."
The news for Beatrice: his marriage to Teeny Matisse [16.1.1954]; his recent operation [18.4.1954], with another prospect; his citizenship papers [9.3.1954], and his supervision of the installation of the Arensberg collection at Philadelphia.
"...A year fully occupied."

1917. Thursday, New York City
Francis and Gaby Picabia throw a party for about twenty friends at 110 West 88th Street in the apartment lent to them by Louise Norton. Feeling like a little boxing for fun, Arthur Cravan {20.4.1917] challenges the painter Arthur Frost. To the dismay of Roché, who is worried on Frost's account, the burly Englishman exchanges some resounding punches with the tall, thin American.
After the boxing, Picabia and Roché have a wrestling match, rolling on the carpet until Picabia is lying helpless on his back with Roché straddling him and holding his fists.
"What does that prove?" asked Picabia.
"Nothing! replies Roché, letting him go.
Picabia tackles his opponent again, turning fiercely from wrestling to jujitsu. With a foot-lock he suddenly has Roché at his mercy.
"What does that prove?" asks Roché.
"Everything!" says Picabia.
"It's a way of playing chess," remarks Marcel.
"With more dust," adds Gaby with her knowing smile.
