...my being conceived on the summer solstice 1955.
1. My parents wedding anniversary is June 21 (1952).
2. I was born on the vernal equinox 1956--less than four hours before the arrival of Spring.
3. Supposing Rising Sun Avenue and Tabor Road as a site where native American Indians (the Lenni-Lenape) gathered on the summer solstice--this is supported by the terrain along with my feeling that Ashdale/Rock Creek Valley is an ancient burial site.
So much for celebrating the solstice. It was cloudy and rainy today anyway. I drove through the intersection of Rising Sun and Tabor just before 1:00 am. It felt a little special.
