Hey Art...
1996.06.03

...a new kind of Hey Art...series, all computer generated. ... kinds of experimentation...

...the same golden section format, I think the square element(s) will have a distinct background, something like a rendered wall that changes as the series moves along; it will be something like a very long elevation with specific images displayed on the wall. Questions remain, however, as to whether the square is above or below, and whether there is a poem and even whether there are specific series in each of the squares. (The main reason for the wall motif is to give the squares a background so that it is not just a blank space surrounding the displayed item.) I am also worried about the rectangular space not being large enough room for experimentation. I think I just came up with a solution--the format will be the same as Hey Art..., however, the numbered series will be in the lower rectangle and the upper square will be the free for all space. I will follow the same overall pattern of Hey Art...: 25 panels, an upside down poem, the sixth series will have three sets of twins (duality),, and the only variation that I can think that might occur is that the numbered series may be in a different order. Also, instead of a continuous wall motif behind the entire length of the series, there will be seven different wall motifs corresponding to the seven different series.
